Dr Jason Tang, is the Director for the Environmental and Water Technology Centre of Innovation, a technology development centre within Ngee Ann Polytechnic that engages industry in consultancy projects. Equipped with his experience in fundamental (basic), clinical & translational research, Dr Tang frequently calls himself the dot connector as he has helped many companies in defining their technology roadmap as well as identifying potential partners that can support their technology development journey. This has allowed him to forge a niche for his Environmental & Water Technologies Centre of Innovation which develops practical and sustainable solutions to address the industry problem statements.

Dr. Ming-Che Hu

Dr. Ming-Che Hu is Professor of the Department of Bioenvironmental Systems Engineering at National Taiwan University. He is active in environmental systems analysis, decision making, optimization, and machine learning. His research focuses on three themes: 1) water and environmental systems analysis, 2) resources management & decision making, and 3) environmental data analysis. He has published approximately 30 scientific papers in peer-reviewed publications. Prof. Ming-Che Hu holds a Doctorate in Geography and Environmental Engineering from the Johns Hopkins University in 2008. He earned his Master and Bachelor degrees in the Department of Agricultural Engineering at National Taiwan University in 1996 and 2000, respectively.
