Mr. June-Ru Chen is a very senior civil servant with 40 years of work experience in aquaculture and fishery. He used to serve as Deputy Director General and Chief Secretary to the Fisheries Agency, and the Deputy Director general to Department of science and Technology of COA. Especially, Mr. Chen worked as a Deputy General Manager for TÜV Rheinland Aimex (Taiwan). In recent years, he promotes the development and combination of aquaculture and photovoltaic.
