Since 1899, China’s fishery wholesale market has been born in response to social needs. Because of its functions of “price formation, transmission and rapid concentration, and diversification of goods”, it still plays a pivotal role in the process of fishery and fishery transportation. However, faced with the rapid development and popularization of consumer demand diversification and convenient transportation and information technology, preservation of cold (hidden) frozen, and logistics technology, it has brought structural changes to the fishery production and marketing supply chain, with reference to countries such as Japan and South Korea. Both are developing towards the six-level industry and are providing opportunities for fishing in China. In view of this, this research is based on the theme of “six-level industrialization”. The so-called six-level industry is based on primary (first-level) agricultural production, and develops processed products, commodities, and new sales channels.
The environmentally-conscious green consumption and the environmental field as a resource for tourism development are the all-round agricultural development concepts of agriculture, industry, commerce and academia. The famous case of adopting the six-level industrial management policy in China, for example: Vigor Dong Shih, SunnyHills, etc., mainly based on agriculture, However, in terms of fisheries, there are still many fishing clubs in Taiwan, aquatic products manufacturers and An Example of Tzukuan district Fisher Association aquatic product supply chain industries, which need to develop towards the six-level industry, and through the actual case of the fishery association in Kaohsiung City The development of the graded industry is more specific.This paper hopes to create a new industrial marketing model by exploring the Kaohsiung City An Example of Tzukuan district Fisher Association and the fishing port. Renovation of local traditional fish auction methods, modeling the first aquatic product management auction platform in Taiwan that passed HACCP international certification. It is hoped to attract consumers from all over the world who love fishery products and fishery culture, and promote more opportunities for knowledge exchange and industrial upgrading of aquatic products, which will lead to local tourism and employment opportunities.
