Wei Fang is a Professor of the Department of Bio-Industrial Mechatronics Engineering and the Director of the Center of Excellence for Controlled Environment Agriculture (CCEA) of National Taiwan University. He is one of the international consultants for the Japanese Plant Factory Association (JPFA) and the Chief Consultant of Chung-Hwa Plant Factory Association (CHPFA) of Taiwan.
